Wheated Cask Wonder Batch 2

The name refers to the more than two years that the Barbados distilled rum was aged in rare, 19-year-old wheated bourbon casks sourced from Bardstown, Kentucky.

With four casks produced, only 900 bottles of The Wheated Cask Wonder are up for grabs. It has an SRP of $79 and is available online and in select markets.

AROMATICS Dark fruit, seasoned oak over buttery pastry and caramel
notes.

PALATE The rum opens with notes of dark fruit, sweet vanilla and light
baking spices, and rolls out over the palate with a full-bodied texture.
It’s a powerful rum that will appeal to high-end rum drinkers and
bourbon enthusiasts equally. To deliver this flavor profile at its
maximum potential, Rolling Fork bottled this rum non-chill filtered
and without additives.
